Following a formal request from Netball Australia the IFNA Board of Directors, with the consent of the organising committee in the Cook Islands, has agreed to postpone the commencement of the 2009 World Youth Netball Championships until the 11^th August 2009.

All Members are requested to note that the IFNA Congress will now be held on the 10^th August 2009 and the Opening Ceremony and First Match will be on the 11^th August 2009. Pool Games will be held 11^th -15^thAugust. The 16^th will be a rest day.  Semi Finals will be held on 17^th and Finals will be on the 18^th August 2009.

The Board have been informed that accommodation packages are close to being finalised and details will soon be circulated to all participating Members
